We have prepared a list of commonly asked questions from residents and hope this will provide  clarification to your queries

Is the collection FREE ?

Yes. Doorstep collection is free for all residents regardless of the amount of items to be collected.

I missed the collection date stated on the flyer

No need to worry. Feel free to contact our recycling partner as stated on the flyer to arrange for another collection for you

I cannot finish packing in time for the collection

Do take your time to pack. Feel free to contact our recycling partner as stated on the flyer when your items are packed and ready for collection. A nearest collection date will be arranged for you accordingly.

Will the collection be conducted on a regular basis ? 

Yes. We plan to conduct estate-wide collection for each estate that we have reached out on a regular basis. Our aim is to conduct at least once every 10 weeks.

Do you collect furnitures and other bulky items

We do not collect furnitures and bulky items due to lack of manpower and suitable facility to dispose these items. 

For bulky items disposal, you can find a list of qualified vendors from NEA website. The link is as follow :

Look for CLASS A waste disposal provider. Do note that a seperate disposal fee applies.
